Lafarge Volunteers Install Fencing for the Upcoming Toadlet Migration
On Wednesday June 15th Lafarge volunteers once again made their way out to Chilliwack to volunteer with the Fraser Valley Conservancy. Just as they did last year, Lafarge GVA employees aided in the installation of temporary directional fencing for the upcoming toadlet migration. The toadlets will now be able to travel safely from woodlands to wetlands thanks to the directional fencing and the amphibian tunnel crossing that was generously provided by Lafarge last year.
