On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 144 customers and sales staff  from all product lines came to the 11^th Annual Customer Appreciation Golf Tournament at Northview Golf and Country Club.

Even though the sky was overcast the spirits were high with a fun filled day of golf, great food provided by multiple sponsors followed by an evening dinner banquet complete with a fundrising Live Auction – all in support of Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.

This annual golf tournament is our way of saying thank you to our customers – for their continued business and partnership with Lafarge  – coupled with providing an opportunity to give back to the community.

In 2012 we came along side Canuck Place Children’s Hospice – with a vested interest in the new facility being constructed in Abbotsford. We were successful in raising just over $10,000.00 from last year’s fundraising efforts.

This year we would like to relay a big shout out of thanks to our local sponsors and customers for their generous support in partnering with Lafarge to help raise a grand total of $35,000.00 for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice!
